This individual will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategy and campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate revenue. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity, mission and marketing strategy.
- Curate engaging content, including images, videos, and compelling copy, to foster meaningful connections with our audience.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with our community.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, fostering collaborations that amplify our brand message.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Exceptional creative, written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving engagement and revenue through social media campaigns and strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for the cannabis industry, wellness, and a commitment to intentionality.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once, while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with cannabis-related marketing is a plus.
