Intentional CBD ships all orders within the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders placed by 12:00 PM (AST)|(EDT) are shipped the same-day, Monday – Friday excluding weekends and holidays observed by the USPS.

DOES INTENTIONAL CBD SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES?

Yes. Intentional CBD ships to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed, before 12:00 PM (AST) will be fulfilled and shipped the same day. All orders placed after this time will be shipped the very next business day.

Intentional CBD offers free standard shipping via USPS for all orders to the U.S. The following expedited shipping services are also available at checkout for an additional cost:

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

There is a small window of opportunity when an order is placed and when it is fulfilled/shipped. Because of this, we recommend you contact us ASAP.  First to inquire if your order(s) has been shipped or if it’s still being processed. If your order was shipped, unfortunately it’s out of our control. You may still have an opportunity to reroute your package to the desired address via USPS.com Intercept service. Please contact them directly to use this service. If your order is still processing an address change can be made.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order details. An additional email will be sent when your package(s) have shipped. This second email will include a tracking number primarily via the USPS so you can stay abreast on your package delivery.

RETURNS

Intentional CBD is happy to offer our customers a hassle-free return policy and a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. Which states if you are not satisfied with our products, simply return it to us. Once we receive your product within 30 days of the purchase date, we will issue a full refund – to the original method of payment.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • All CBD products (except personal care items) returned within 30 days of purchase (no exceptions)
  • In the same new, original condition as purchased
  • Unopened and unused products

WHAT WILL INTENTIONAL CBD NOT ACCEPT AS A RETURN?

There are a few products that are exempt from being returned, they include:

  • Free gifts
  • Promotional items
  • Digital products
  • Gift Cards (egift cards, printable gift cards)
  • Fresh Organic Herbs
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Some personal care items (i.e. bath bombs, etc.)

HOW TO REQUEST & SUBMIT A RETURN?

  1. Contact us immediately be emailing [email protected]. We will follow up by sending a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include in your return package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with their returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Print RMA number, package the products to prepare for shipping. Every item that was included in original package must be included in box. Damage products due to poor repackaging could results in refusal of your return and lass of refund or replacement. Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund. Refrain from sending products in an envelope – this is an example of poor packaging and can caused items to be lost or damaged in transit.
  3. Mail all returns including/RMA to the following address:

RMA’s must be included in each return.

  1. Once we’ve received your package, review and inspect all products. We will send a confirmation email on the approval or denial of your return. If your return qualifies for a refund, it will be issued immediately.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return was received, inspected for quality and an email notification was sent informing you of your approval for your return and refund – refunds are issued immediately, to your original method of payment.

Refunds can take between 3 – 7 business days to be reflected in your account. If 7 business days have passed and you have not received it, we recommend checking with your bank first. You may also contact us at [email protected] or call us at (678) 404-9398 for assistance.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.

Please send an email to [email protected] or call us at (678) 404-to9398 and we’ll expedite the correct order to you ASAP.

A return shipping label will be sent to you via email, to print and place on the return item to send back to us – at no cost to you. Our sincere apologies for this oversight and inconvenience.

UNDELIVERABLE OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES?

Once we’ve mailed your package and it returns to us undeliverable, unknown or incorrect address, you are responsible for the costs associated with mailing the package to a new address. We strongly advise our customers to create an account and/or verify your information prior to checking out. This will help to avoid these mistakes.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON STOLEN PACKAGES?

We are not responsible for stolen packages.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

All of our products are tested multiple times for quality and confirmed via third-party labs. Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product(s) carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipment. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time-frame. Include a full description of the damages to the product(s) and send photos to [email protected]
