We offer all clients a 60-Day Stress Free Return Policy. All purchases are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which means if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or our world-class support, you'll have 60 days from the date of your order confirmation or receipt to return your purchased items.
Submitting A Return
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email state the reason for your return and attached proof of purchase(order confirmation or payment receipt). When we receive the request we will review and approve or deny your request. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package, inside this email will also include an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to place inside your package for return. Items sent to us without first requesting a return and receiving an RMA number will not be accepted. Please note we do not provide return labels at this time.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
For any damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately, to arrange an online store credit, or an exchange. If you receive the wrong item(s), contact us so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened, used and sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
